Welcome to NEURA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NEURA application and related services ("Service") operated by Erwin Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using NEURA, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using NEURA, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NEURA is a habit tracking and productivity application designed to help users build consistent routines and achieve personal goals. The Service includes habit tracking, task management, goal planning, AI-powered coaching, and related features available through our mobile application and web interface.
You must create an account to use NEURA. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice.
Free Tier: NEURA offers a free tier with core habit tracking and task management features.
NEURA Pro: Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and subscription options (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are displayed within the app at the time of purchase.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other supported payment platforms. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms of the respective platform.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your device's subscription settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

The NEURA application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Erwin Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the data and content you create within NEURA (habits, tasks, goals, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
NEURA includes AI-powered features such as the Goal Coach and task breakdown assistant. These features are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. AI-generated suggestions should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any AI-generated content at your own discretion.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
NEURA is a productivity tool, not a medical device or therapeutic service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERWIN LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erwin Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at rpeinvestment@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device's subscription settings before requesting account deletion.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Erwin Labs regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
