Erwin Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates NEURA, a habit tracking and productivity application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and related services.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
User-Generated Content: We store the habits, tasks, goals, challenges, and related data you create within the app. This data is stored in your personal account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to participate in group features.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage information such as app opens, feature usage patterns, and crash reports to improve app performance and user experience.
Subscription Information: If you subscribe to NEURA Pro, payment processing is handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe (via RevenueCat). We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or payment details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, transaction identifiers, and purchase history from these payment processors.
AI Coaching Data: If you use NEURA's AI Goal Coach feature, the goals and context you provide are sent to our AI service provider to generate personalized plans. This data is processed in real time and is not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is associated with your unique user ID, and our security rules ensure that only you can access your own data. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
Access and Export: You can view all your data within the app at any time.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at rpeinvestment@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Correction: You can update your personal information through the app's settings.
Opt-Out: You can disable optional data collection through the app's settings.
NEURA is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
NEURA is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using NEURA, you consent to this transfer.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app or via email. Your continued use of NEURA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
